WHO WE ARE
The Silicon Valley Cannabis Alliance was founded out of the need for regional collaboration at the local level. A vibrant cannabis industry in the Silicon Valley can be a force to be reckoned with. As the industry's only Silicon Valley trade organization, SVCA works every day to ensure our business sector is represented in a professional and coordinated way.
The Silicon Valley Cannabis Alliance is a professional organization that is focused on growing the regional legal cannabis industry by-->
Making connections between cannabis businesses to cannabis businesses; cannabis businesses to non-cannabis businesses; new operators to existing ones; entreprenures to the industry; businesses to local and state elected officials.
Creating opportunities for the industry and economic development for municipalities by keeping everyone updated on new ordinances and best practices in cities and the industry.
Projecting a professional high standard and industry image, and spreading a clear message about the industry through regular conversations with the community, media outlets, and elected officials.
Keeping the industry informed through networking mixers and larger signature events that bring various industry and regulatory and elected officials together.
Being socially responsible by encouraging the local cannabis industry to keep cannabis away from those under the age of 21, encouraging municipalities to spend tax dollars on cannabis awareness and anti-cannabis education and engaging in socially responsible activities focused around the spirit and intent of Proposition 64 of criminal records expungements.
By the entirely of these actions we bring a framework for the coexistence of a responsible new industry and a community where both can not just survive, but thrive.
